Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, the server of my hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland), automatically stores technical information that your browser transmits: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is only kept as long as necessary for these purposes. Infomaniak processes this data on my behalf. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
No analytics, no tracking cookies
This website does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not set any cookies for visitors. Cookies are only used when logging in to the administration area of the website.
Fonts
All fonts are hosted on this website's own server. No connection to external font services is made.
Contact
If you contact me by e-mail or phone, I use your details only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). They are not passed on to third parties.
This website links to my Instagram profile. No data is transmitted to Instagram until you click the link. After that, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to hi@studiooswald.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at).

The contents of these pages have been created with the utmost care. However, I cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
